dont try to be like other trees
like the one from across the street
its all about the quality
not cuantity of leaves that u consist of
yours is so much sweeter

just be who u are
dont try to stand still like the other tree
its like that becouse not even the wind
whants to pass throught its
fertilized and unaturaly developed leaves

You have gone through so many obstacles
and every scar of carved bark is a memory
unlike the other tree is so clean
you'r old but so lovely
so pleace dont try to be like that other
ugly tree
which is plastic and will be thrown away
after christmas eve

As for u have strong powerfull roots
that now one can take away
there too deep
too heavy from all those memories
just be your self
