A little pearl remained in a display case for all to see in a silver box tied with a golden string tooken out everyonce in a while just to remind her of when she was a child who knew that something so small could bring so much joy and delight how could something so beautiful bring so much pain and worry the guilt of such a gift came at a price people wouldn’t understand the priceless and precious gift given to her by a man a man she hardly knew a man that had loved another a man just passing through she had tooken a gift from him that could not be returned and according to her mother that was a sin way over her head swimming in deep water there was no was she could return her new born daughter she knew she would have to make sacrafices just to keep something so beautiful and nice it would be expensive that she knows but there wasn’t anyway she could let go of the thing that mattered the most so she kept her precious little jewel in a display case close to her heart for all to see but never to touch she cherished her very much and vowed to protect her no matter what if ever stolen she could never be replaced a precious little pearl with an angel’s face
