When I close my eyes, the vision of your face is all that I see. The thrill of your touch, is all that I feel. It feels like a dream, I never want to escape. I can smell you, taste you, feel your body on mine. Forever, when I need you all I have to do is close my eyes. The memory of you can live with me. I just close my eyes and open my soul, and you are there. Close your eyes, I am here.

My poem is inspired by my desire to remember an encounter with a special person forever.
