Passion is a worthy trait
Which we all possess some of
We only have to use it
To accomplish our desires
It is an elusive thing
To most on the journey of
The wandering that’s called life
By those who decide they know.
It puts you in a mire oft
Till you’ve chosen what to do.
To enrich this thing we call
Life on the narrow channel
It can be used for all things
Whether true or contrary
All depends on what we crave
To embellish our trophy
It might be worthier used
For positive endeavors
Upon the trail of our lives
To gain all that’s desired.
