Our Eternal May

by dpy - Taurus

Our Eternal May

I wish I could float here forever, suspended from gravity and let the atmosphere claim all our tears.
Lonliness would just be a word I couldn't pronounce and silence would be something I hear.
There would be nothing to hold to keep me from falling, but I would still feel more safe than yesterday.
Breathing would be irrelevant, everyday would be May, and the air is where my empty head would lay.
The stars would be in tune with the flasing of the moon and their brightness would never fade away.
I could sit upon the clouds and watch over you.
i could observe every little detail and make sure everything is right.
I would sit and float forever just waiting for you to join me and spend with me our eternal night.
Until that time I can only dream about getting trapped inside your eyes.
All that splender. All that beauty. All that is reason enough to fly.
Sure, the wind blows and yes, the water is blue, but how often do you allow yourself to just drift away in a hue?
Its all beautiful, but it doesn't compare to you.
So take my hand, say goodbye to gravity and let the atmostphere make everything new.
