All you really want is to have that beautiful life, Full of bliss and joy,free of strife. You wake up each day to get a head start, On the life you think you want But is it whats truly in your heart. Do you really know what your true goals are, You achive this,accomplish that, Always reaching for a higher star. But in the end,when you look back, Will you wonder,was I really on track, On track towards a life of true contentment, But,now,looking back, your feeling resentment. You are resentful of the life you really wanted. You choose the road more traveled by,and now your haunted. Haunted by the person you wish you really were The life your wish you had,now everything is a blur. You've got nothing from your life but questions. The people closest to you,have no suggestions, On just what to do now,with the rest of your time, You've grown to old now,you've past your prime. It's coming to an end,your counting down the days.
