untitled - There once...

by Tanya Whisenant - Pisces

There once was a garden
I played there everyday
Then one day the evil came
The flowers went away
It left with me a demon
That grows inside of me
Everyday I struggle
That I might be set free
I wait through darkness until light
No longer able to sleep through night
To be awakened by my fright
The dead flowers all I see
Only nightmares, no more I scream
On my knees I beg to dream
Of my garden by the stream
When everything was pink and green
And there were flowers in my garden

Reason for writing:

The reason behind this is something that has never been
spoken about. It happenend years ago and I am not at liberty
to discuss it.
