Tears of sadness slowly drift away.
As your arms no longer hold me.
I know you cannot stay.
But I wished you could see.

That you leaving is tearing me apart.
Your kiss still tingles my lips.
And your love still tugs at my heart.
Your touch still on my fingertips.

I look to the stars for one last wish
As the tears continue to fall.
I wish for another kiss.
And one last never ending smile.

I pray for my dreams to come true.
To be back in your arms some day.
Because with all my heart I love you.
And my love for you will never fade away
