Not so simple life

My routine, simple life 
was turned upside down
The day you and your
lies strolled into town

I heard I was beautiful
I heard I was smart
But you never showed you cared
You didnt think about that part

My heart was bruised and battered
And thrown on the floor
You laughed when I cried
Then you walked out the door

I wish my old simple life
could all be replaced
And for all the pain you gave me
To all be erased

But it cant and it wont
but overtime I will heal
I hope one day you get used
So youll finally know how I feel
