My last sip (From The Forgotten Theatre)

by Shea Anthony - Sagittarius

Noon beams through as soon as you insist.
My tower crumbles,
tell me how you live through this.
Grant me time,
grant me just one wish.
You own my name,
take my soul off your list.
And here you come through revolving doors,
in just long enough to explore,
the evil stays inside,
your exit sure was pure.
The more you smile,
the more you know i'll endure.
Who is this stranger vieled in snake-skinned coarl red?
She dos'nt look like the picture of you in my head.
I go through this time and time again.
I rember how we ended,
tell me when did we begin?
You and me,sin,
and this drink called paradise blend?
I lit my cigerette,
I bit my lip,
lost track of our conversation,
found it all begins again in my last sip.
