Reception

by Bryan - Taurus

Receive me when I come to you
Receive me when I run from you
Receive me when I tell a story
When I open the exclamations
Receive me in a crowded arena
Receive me in my ill health
In door ways and through windows
Receive me as I am
As I ought to be
Receive me in your least favorite seasons and we'll love it
Receive me on Sunday mornings
Tuesday afternoons and Friday nights
Receive me when we are both lost
Moving slowly or quickly oblivious, by ourselves together
Receive me when I am receiving
I will receive you when you lay your head
I will receive you when you can't speak to me
Tongue tied or red eyed
I will receive you when you feel like a rainbow
I will receive you at two o'clock in the morning
At three and at four
I will receive you when the phone is dead
I will receive you when you are bored
I will receive you as you laugh
Joke and cry in both our breaths
I will receive you all my life
I will receive you in a thank you
I will receive you in all my moods
I will receive you after the nothing of yesterday
The sister of the present, mother in existence
I will receive you when it hurts
I will receive you as we watch
Movie, book, sunset
I will receive you all my life
I will receive you as you receive me

Reason for writing:

Not a very good one. Thought I'd post it though.
