I don't know what to do
What to think or what to feel
I don't even know how to say it
All the emotions I conceal

I can't even organize my thoughts
I'm lost for words, I'm secluded
I can't even explain how I feel
I've become so diluted

I'm so lost and alone
Thoughts are racing through my head
I'm so confused and upset
Remembering things I said

I'm sorry if I ever hurt anyone
I really didn't mean to
I'm tired of fighting with myself
And I don't know what to do
