When I rest and communion with sea My heart weeps tears so joyously to reflect, how propitious I have been whilst light shines with our canvasses To focus on, her precious shells Blossomed forth her garden’s pearls We share our fears, in stillness speak Of endless waters and dreams critique And there she illustrates within her tides What comes to pass & settles kind Eulogize from her exquisite voice We sail within the winds of choice My interests her profound concern Lightly salts our storms, discern No sadness passing with her rains more so she prays my conquests gained we've learned together from time to time to stay and ride the waves sublime we shed our doubts in hopes & faith hold the hands which our hues create cuddled closely to her motherly breast while learning brave & benevolent life with all it’s losses and gains well worth our earthly costs in pain for tenderness and loveliness I’d do it all again, for sea is always there abiding, unafraid within our tides our special friends our choice of man’s determination dwells within the hearts of truth his wealth a sovereignty, eternal winds will blow across the seas our candles glow copyright by Lee J.
