Have you ever looked at someone for so long? That you almost began to know what they were like as a person Have you ever seen a black man walk by? And held your breath, or clutched your purse? Have you ever heard a black women tell you her troubles And not say because that’s the way things are? Have you ever seen a Jewish woman in the street? Then turned to a friend and whispered? Have you ever seen two kids playing of different races? And thought to yourself what are their mothers thinking? Have you ever looked at a White man? And realize that he is no difference then a black man? Have you ever really listened to a black woman long enough? To realize that her problems are no different then yours? Have you ever looked in to those two kid’s eyes? And seen how much fun they were having? Have you ever realized how society labels us all? They put names on us some slurs some true But just because the names are true? Does that still make it okay?Birth sign: Pisces
