You hit me with your harsh words Slashed me with your tongue You caused me so much pain Convinced me you were good You broke my heart with anger Bitterness crushed my bones You told me that you loved me Like no other man would You poisend my veins with hatred You diseased me with lies You told me you deserved better than me And that everyone should realize. You blinded my eyes of true love Drained away my faith You never were good for me I finally got in place. Now I only have battle marks Of one you didn't win. The harsh words are now brusies The slashes are scars The pain still tends to linger Though now you're no good My hearts being mended with love My bones have begun to heal I know you never loved me The way another man will. I just got outta a 8 month long emotional relationship and would like to dedicate this to the ass hole that ruined my life..
