I'm so far away and I don't know what to do, I miss you so much and I know you miss me to. I just found you a few months ago, I'm glad I found you and you were someone I got to know. You've made my life better in just this short of time, I'm glad your here and I can call you mine. I always get jealous when someone likes you, Because if you ended up getting hurt I would to. I don't want you to feel like I'm controlling your life, I'm only your daughter not your wife. You've done so much for me and I appreciate it all, I even love it every time you call. I always feel comfortable to tell you how I feel, And you're the most important thing in my life still. I love you so much more than words can ever say, I try to let you know that day by day. But here's the ending I have to say goodbye, And every time I really think about you I will try not to cry. I love the fact that you're my dad, You're the best one i have ever had.
Reason for writing:
I just found my dad a few months ago, and i wrote this poem to him because he means so much to me. He is one of the most important people in my life now. I love you dad.
