Why must girls giggle and stare? Fuck,all I wanted was a pack of cigarettes! Now you send me on my way with such self doubt,but who the fuck are you to lay those feelings upon me? Nothing but faces behind a piece of glass! How do you get the best of me? Having no self esteem maybe you pass judgement onto others to make good of your own feelings. Arent you the one who sits up nights crying that you're not the prettiest girl in school or most popular? Why dont you have a boyfriend? And why werent you asked to the prom? A mask you wear with your friends to burry it all,your clothes all a trend to mix with the masses as to not be singled out yourself,but not realizing what you're silently doing to others,I never even talked to you for god sakes! Would it be better if I cut my face so I would know what people are staring at and not have to wonder and fill myself with endless questions and such doubt? It sucks to feel this way. Just when I thought I finally had a grasp on it all once again, you made me realize that my self confidence has left me here to wonder, and married my best friend.......God they make me sick! I dont know if this is really a "poem" persay,but I would love to hear peoples opinions/thoughts on it!
