Why are we so patriotic now? Before, if you walked down the street you may see a couple of flags. But now seldom is there a house that isn't waving the red, white, and blue for all to see. Is it a shame that it took a tragedy like this to open our eyes, to make us see. Go ahead and hang those flags high. But when the battle is over, how many days before you take it down? So God bless America, and not just because of the battle that faces us today, but because we as Americans needed an eye opener like this to bring our country together.
