For every challenge I've conquered
And mountain, hill, and bump I've climbed
    I'm thankful!

For the two legs I walk on
And the mind inside my head...
Are gifts, but not upgrades
    I'm thankful!

For the good and the bad
  Without one, there wouldn't be the other
    I'm thankful!

For the imperfection
  And as good as it is
     I'm thankful!

For the life that thrives in me
  And the losses so it could be
      I'm thankful!

Today I promise
From here 
Until my last beat
To acknowledge
My graditude
For the small
And big things
Knowing
Everything
In it's way
Is a blessing.
