Anniversary Poem to Dawn

by David Ernest Gray - Taurus

God answered all my prayers when you came into my life.
Two years have passed, since you took my hand and promised to be my wife.
Since then, my dreams have all come true, and my world is now complete.
Your beautiful smile, and glowing eyes, to me are oh so sweet.
With all the things that we've been through, you've stood strong beside me.
For this I pledge my unwavering devotion and endless love to thee.
If you could see the love I feel for you, you'd be staring into my soul.
For the love we share, is one that overshadows any fairy tale ever told.
With vows and rings two years ago we began a brand new life.
Many years from now when we're old and gray, and youthful beauty fades away, I will still turn to you and proudly say," I'm so happy that you're my wife". I Love You.
