the day you walked right by me i nearly cried to understand how it felt when your love just died last night you looked at me in sadness, feeling bad and said "i don't know you anymore. that's sad" i hid my face behind my mask sipped from my whiskey-filled hip flask the clown makeup i wore melted away as it always seemed to on a certain day because i see now that a man with beer and cheer will suffer his wounds in silence and fear i told angel i loved him and he said not a thing i watched as my love suffered its broken wing and fell to the ground, dead on impact the sound was heartbreaking, for years it echoed around and hollowly, i surrendered to the pain and it was like blackness a pain that has had years of practice sitting here alone gazing into the night sky i realized i had changed and didn't know why because they used to know me not anymore.Birth sign: Aries
