Truth

One who fathom's truth
will take their deepest hopes 
and turn against them
allowing themself no safety
in their make believe friendship

For when you stand alone 
in the light of the dragon,
whose heart is pure,
your falsities shall shed.
leaving only life 
which knows no emotion,
no kindness, 
and certainly no friends.
