so I am back in the watcher's position
news they would touch me
are so much exaggerated
money for nothing
insurance fees
I'm trying not to sleep
while a signal from the past
is still echoing onwards,
carving tunnels through the mist that's around me
is it a call for rescue?
or a daily weather broadcast
mixed into the white noise of existence?
I still cannot tell
not from my perspective
Never to judge
but once again I reply
like an old man residing
in the lighthouse at coast
a man so much older than me
well aware that my signals
contain codes long forsaken
I still try to keep
some rays of hope in this night
hoping they'll get through
before it's too late
because another shattered life
is something I can't handle now
