My Computer By: Ann M. Hampton The computer is the reason That I am what I am today. It's all because of computers That my graduation is in May. The comptuer is where I met my friends. The ones with lots of support. They encourage me to school I must go; They said I'd do well so to them my success I must owe. Eighteen long months and I'm still not through But ot my online friends my success is on the way. To the sky I soar and on my keyboard Asleep from studying I lay. Through all of life's troubles And studying cut our chatting times down And never once from my true online friends- Did I ever hear a sound. For they were there Whenever I logged on To comfort and encourage me Every step they were along. So as my computer gets left aside For homework I must do My online friends & success will still remain Because I owe it all to you. This poem was written to show How important you are to me And my success is your success As we are about to soon see.
