The Library By: Ann M. Hampton Around me is a room of books And from them, I left this room, With some knowledge that I took. From this place I learned more than just what the books I read, taught. I learned more than just the answers To the questions that I often sought. These walls have more knowledge Than I ever knew when I entered I learned success, lessons in life, And how to be a mentor. After all, it's not very hard To pick up a book and a few things learn Sayings come not only in books but from people too And the library that I am talking of is my the library at school.
Reason for writing:
The school library where I do my work study as a library assistant.
