Life in the Box

by Lady - Taurus

I sit in a pool of indecision
Slowly spinning contradiction
Drowning in a sheet of pain
My mind seems to welcome this cold, dark rain

Life in the box has brought me here
It's fragile confines, vials of fear
Keeps me from leaving this confusing place
Binds me to an electric embrace

I travel through these pixellated lands
Alone and amazed at cyber life's demands
The jealousy and rage track me down
Too many fallacies here abound

Is it possible for emotions to be uploaded
Or just a case where my heart exploded
Sending fragile shards of my pain
To drown others in this cold, dark rain
