For moments only I've been in connection with the closest kind of heaven That nowadays is sold I thought I was So close to the truth for a while But the worlds don't stop turning away from the broken glass of children's memories in a mirror Held together by wishful thinking that the shattered pieces can be put to one again I have to smile at this world of butterflies and chasing the light Craving a life on the surface that gives the right amount of distraction for its elements to partake in the charade of self-preservation (an essential part of renewal) Disbanding decay We share the same eternity While you're an actor, I'm just watching Feeling quite small when compared to the sheer dimensions of this fait accompli Hidden behind the mirror, I'm safe To become one with the memories That can't possibly fall apart.Birth sign: Capricorn
