Into a library of love I go, fearlessly though I see a book, take a look; this is the one I took I venture through time reading… heart beating Too quickly I learn that for this book I yearn Slowly the pages turn as the candle quietly burns The flame and book are one, like the moon and sun A sad chapter brings the flame to a dull glow But when happiness comes, the flame, well, you know I’ve come to a place where my hands aren’t turning the pages Her hands are turning them, hands of many ages NO NO NO NO don’t close the book, it was just a bad page Turn to the next page before the road is paved For this story is not to be held, or joked, or played It was just the wrong page on a bad day
