Let me be for a while
This Angel is confused
Lost in a new wave of pain
Feeling so unneeded and used.

Let me be for a while
I need some time to think
Settle my thoughts, restore my walls
Before my soul completely sinks.

Let me be for a while
You've lowered my flight pretty far
Yet I stay with you after pulling that again
With me, that's pretty bizarre.

Let me be for a while
I have a lot of thinking and sorting to do
Going into hiding for a great while
When I've reached my decision, I'll speak to you.
