why are we the way we are leaving women with broken hearts and scars we walk around without any shame treating women like they're just a game we don't care and yet feel no pain we cheat and still can't really explain we lie and lie that we care but really we are only trying to compare there are some of us who really are FAITHFUL and if we cheat it becomes real PAINFUL but it's in our blood and that's a fact it's just the way we act trying to be the shit, try to have it all tying to sleep with you and give you no call get caught in a relationship like this shouldn't be any tragedy what we are is no mystery obsessed of whom will it be tonight acting and pretending to be Mr. right we say "you're beautiful and a work of art" but we mean "you were great now it's time to break your heart" we know we're not going to be there from the start that's why we always have to break apart but when do you draw the line? us me do this all the time you don't really seem to understand only a little when you have watery eyes hiding in your hand

I wrote this poem because I know we can't help it. I know there are some of us who are faithful, but I don't know one person who doesn't have temptations.
