I may be young, but I'm not stupid I know what's going on in this world And so does every teenage boy and girl Hate I still see even though America has "more pride" Jealousy I still feel, anger I still have inside And even though we are going through a tough time Some more than others Why can't people still be good to one another I don't get it I just don't understand And I'd like to know if there's anyone but God that can I really doubt it Faith I couldn't live without it And I don't depend on luck No more 'Cause when you got faith, what's luck good for? Absolutely nothing And if you say that's not true Then tell me what is Because pride and faith is what I've got It's just the love that I miss
