And in my dream 
Where the rivers are long
And no matter what hurts me
i carry on

And in my dream
my heart never broke
i could banish my fears
in one easy stroke

And in my dream
your kiss was as sweet
and your love landed my heart
so pretty and neat

And in my dream
i lay in your arms
away from the tears
and all of lifes harms

And in my dream
i could write poems all day
and the words "i love you"
took the pain away

And in my dream
i saw the clouds descend
and i woke up in bed
and that was the end

but then i saw you
all cuddled in bed
and i knew that my dream
wasnt only in my head
