I say good-bye from my lips not from my heart, 2 1/2 years ago I would have never though we'd part. In true love there are no doubts, For your lover, you would never do without. Your heart would break from just the thought, A pit in your stomach from the love lost. No more hair on the pillow. No more dishes in the sink. No more laughing at one another. No more time to think. The time has come, It happened so fast. "Get your stuff out!" Reality's cast. Do you even feel? Is there a heart under that frame of steel? Do you even care? Will you be lonely there? Or do you long deep inside for something new? Will a new, job, house and girlfriend do? You say you want me to join you in your new start. But, ask yourself is that from your lips or your heart?
Reason for writing:
My fiancee got a promotion and relocated to another State. I stayed behind to sell house. It did not take me very long to see that he was thinking about having a new life as a bachelor.
