i thought i was in the position,
to catch you as you fell,
crashing down to the earth,
falling from your pedastil,

your dreams have been thwarted,
your goals no longer an issue,
i missed you when you fell,
im so sorry i missed you,

did it hurt,
when you finally hit the ground,
now do you realize,
that there was a reason for your frown,

now your pedastil is open,
awaiting for the next to come,
now your like the rest of us,
so far from being done,

with all the things youve dreamed of,
and all the things you hope for,
the only advice i have for you now,
just continue to try to settle the score.....
