When I was feeling down, You turned my frown upside down. When problems plagued me, You jumped in and saved me. When I needed someone to laugh with, You were always there. When I was in need of someone to talk to about anything, You were never short of a word of confidence. Through the good times and the bad, You have stood by my side, With loving hands. Your friendship means the world to me, It will never deplete. So let our friendship grow, On and on thought the years. The sands of time will move slowly, Just for us. Friends we shall be always And forever more. You have a permanent spot in my heart, That not many get to adore.
