All the pain that you feel May now feel so real yet soon it won't matter Don't get stuck in the past Don't feel your gonna lose The pain won't last Look up at the sky Take every chance Take every piece of the pie When it seems the worlds a door And you've forgotten the key Look up at the sky The future you can see Is mirrored in the shooting stars And the beating of a heart Soon all those woundful scars Will fall apart Too much to hope for They have too little thought Ignore their petty lies life's too short They may knock you down But you should never fall Never let them break you In this burned out town In the end You'll be victorious As those who hurt you Lie foaming in the gutter Begging for forgivness Keep faith Cling on to the truth Never forget Never forget your youth But don't get stuck in the past The pain won't last Give it some thought Cos life's too short
