A Story About Love I had not seen her at all that day, So I knew we had to run away. We agreed to meet later that night, But after an hour she still wasn’t in sight. A minute later she came by, But when I wasn’t there she began to cry. So she walked home with tears in her eyes, She did not expect her pleasant surprise. She said she loved me as she walked through her door, But I was there to tell her that I loved her more. And she laughed and smiled as I held her tight, And we stayed up together all through the night. The dawn came and I had to go, I said I love you and she said I know. She knew we’d be together forever that day, As she smiled and watched me sneak away. When I got home I could not sleep, I tried to count but saw her face instead of sheep. I decided to get up and get out of bed, But then fell asleep and dreamt of her instead. So this I will tell to you, All what love will make you do. But it’s worth every moment and cent, If you’re in love you know what I meant. ‘Cause although I got in trouble later that night, I knew what we did was the right. So I’ll leave you with words rarely spoken of, When I tell you this story, I tell you about love.Birth sign: Cancer
