We walked together We talked together He left me behind Or was it time that left me behind He moved on He moved swiftly on I just stood there And watched him drift away The tick tock of the clock Had him stopped He turned around And stood there like a rock He looked at the clock And left the memories behind Time walked with him And he walked with the time The hour was the same The minute was the same It looked like a game But HE and the TIME had changed
