Sitting here alone in the dark. Staring at the empty walls. Missing your touch even more. Everytime a single tear falls. I shouldn't be greiving over this loss. I guess it was meant to be. All I know is that by losing you, I also lost a piece of me. I may not have you beside me, but a part of you remains intact. Memories will never fade but a love for me is what you lacked. I let you get the best of me but I'm capable of regaining my strength. Heart-break has to happen sometime and it has no certain length. I will recover from this and all the pain I've been put through. I now can make the best of things. And I'm glad I had a chance with you!
