Don't speak
not tonight...
no words,
no sound
just you and me

I want to hear you call my name
with your eyes
with your smile

I want to hear you tell me 
that you need me


with your finger tips

Tell me you want to 
taste me
feel me
know me

with  just a touch of your hand

I want to hear how you feel
by the way you make my skin tingle

Tell me your secrets



I might tell you mine



But I want to hear it 
in the silence of the moment.


Let your body do the talking
Don't let the words get in the way

No misunderstandings this way

Without words
You cannot miscontrue what I say

I'm not asking you for tomorrow

only  for today


we'll talk it over
Between the sheets

But NO words,

only the sound of our breathing
the sound of your skin 
and mine

Let it all linger






on    our    lips....



that way






I won't have to take back
any promises I might have made
