Red rubies dripped from his fingernails Splashing into the sapphire colored ocean Raspberry scent perfuming the wind As he awaits for her His true love, the princess that is With hair blessed by the sunshine And hypnotic emerald eyes That burns into his kindred soul A crown of diamonds will drench her precious head Alas where is she how the time seem to pass He grows more eager than before Yet already the sun has fallen asleep Leaving his beating heart into the humble darkness The moon seems to be laughing As if it knows a secret that he does not What’s so funny why do you laugh at me That’s the question he ask Ah, my good fellow your princess will not come She has fallen for a man who has love in his heart And not desire It’s not you she loves But the money you promised her father She refused to meet You at this spot So her father has locked her in the dungeon And threw away the key. The man that bestows her heart Waits far below For her to call out to him This cannot be Why must you say such a thing She loves me that's what her heart sings I heard it just the other night when she came to me in a dream. Wicked wicked moon I will not believe these scandalous lies I will ride Unto the sun greets me once again To her castle to that dungeon you say she is locked in Express my dying love and she will be mine So farewell Far away he will ride Until he reaches her Poor fellow it’s all to late It was written in the stars It was his fate Such foolishness Your dear princess has already taken her lifeBirth sign: Aries
