"Delphia" I met her through a friend of mine Whose family I adore A mother and a wife was she A grandmother and more She was a woman...meek but strong That's what I most admired Cause what I saw in her was grace And I was so inspired... Delphia... You're what my heart thinks of When mania Clouds my thoughts of love I'll remember you...and always hold you near I'll never let your memory disappear She never lost her will to thrive Amidst unyielding pain A love of God, undying faith Her life-force did not wane Nor did her loving, caring ways To others and to me She'd send me cards signed Grandma... I felt like family Delphia... You're what my heart thinks of When mania Clouds my thoughts of love I'll remember you and always hold you dear Sometimes I'm not as strong as I appear Every time I saw her face Though she struggled with her breath I never once heard her complain So steadfast until death And in her passing she has left A message in her place... Of hope, of love, of strength and will Of true inspiring grace... Delphia... Still you I'm thinking of When mania Clouds my will to love I'll remember you and will always want you near For because of you I've so much less to fear.Birth sign: Pisces
