WHY? Can you tell me why you cheated on me? Can you tell me why you made me cry? My shattered life now my tears have ebbed dry. Why did you charm me then seek someone else? I live afraid to get close again, I’m nervous a fiery drink calms me down, But even this won’t wash away your inflicted pain. Our child goes to school with no dad any more, He finds it hard with kids at school. His marks have declined rapidly but teachers no the score. Bills pile up unpaid; my life is spiraling to decline, As I suffer my boy does to, as my mind is fogged by wine. This only happens to other people. It’s not supposed to happen to me.
