blood rush
thrilling
I know this is
pretty freaky
But that's what
I loved so much
when I put
that white smock on...
city folks
living in the country
black chow
payed the price
for ignorance
wet dermatitis
heat stroke
hundreds thousands
possibly millions
embedded bits
of sheet grass
and maggots
crawling out
the anus
and many other holes
that plagued
her body
pulling out sheet grass
squeezing the milky
gummy puss - buckets
from the bumps in her body
putting the tweezers in
pulling out
a blump, stuffed
engorged on rotten meat
maggot
out
plopping them all
a thousand at best
in a tin bowl
spraying them
chuckling when I could literally say
DIE MAGGOTS
and it wasn't towards men.
She wasn't suppose to live....
but she did
What a thrill
my addiction is
