A little girl was brought into this world
not by luck or chance
but out of need
a little bit of destiny
Everyone said
beautiful baby
content
pure happiness beamed from inside
an endless smile
rich chocolate curls
many people lost themselves
in her fluid eyes
she knew
she had a purpose in this world
bit by bit
as people came
and people went
she
died
in this little girl
her pure glow
became dim and tainted
she could no longer
hold up her head
she resorted to
hollow
humane
gratifications
then looked in disbelief
this image was not her's
no longer
did people find fanscination
in her existance
the adoration
had escaped from her ears
and her eyes
instead
in was replaced
by complaints and boredom
rotated those predictions
so many times
she eroded away
her own face
it was never an apiphany
not even an explosion
but
it gently tickled her head
and whispered
to rebuild
Phoenix rays
of the child
she felt them
start to drain
the grey
the stains are bleaching
shes putting herself back in place
the purity and sincerity
blends
with knowledge and clarity
her eyes are once again
gateways
instead of mirrors
