Love for a stranger

by Elora Danning - Taurus

I have never met you face to face,
yet I love you,
the insane asylum calls out to me,
as how can there be love,
for a stranger.

I see you in the media,
ever so often,
hear others talk of their
infaturation with you,
I am silent,
for mine is true love.

You woke something inside me,
that had been dead for a long time,
how can I not love you,
may not have given me a real kiss of life,
but kiss me you did,
breathed into my soul,
vanquished my demons.

You are so beautiful,
dark curly hair,
eyes with a twinge of sadness,
muscles, laugh, size,
sweetness, goodness, kindness,
I love it all.

Sent you an email,
a foolish girl's wish,
shock of all shocks,
you wrote back,
thanking me for my kind words,
wanting to see a picture,
fear set in,
knowing that I am not,
as thin as you,
like women to be,
solution hits me,
send a friend's picture,
so you will still want to write.

In dreamland,
we meet in strawberry fields,
you don't care about my outside,
only my inside,
we talk, walk, eat, make love,
end up with me in your arms,
you whispering sweet nothings,
in my ear.

Now I am satisfied,
you are in my dreams each night,
on my screen each day,
life is good.
