When they look into my eyes, I see nothing but despise. They do not want me around, All I get from them is a frown. She thinks I've ruined her life, Instead I've just ruined mine. He thinks I don't care, If only he knew, If only he were aware. Maybe someday they'll see, Maybe someday they'll just let me be. I guess that's just wishful thinking, To ever think they'd even have an inkling. What I am feeling inside, I will always hide.

This poem is about the way my parents have been treating me since they found out that I was pregnant.
