From every horizon…
Shadows of eternity;
My eternity,
Spread across the face of daylight.
Tumbling over mountains and plunging
Through rivers and seas
The world over,
The very wind itself seems to aid
In this dark uprising.
From every horizon…
Translucent decadence,
Proclaims itself to the world.
Our corrupted facets of existence
Triumph yet again,
As another chapter is written in this
Our bleeding book…
Of history.
From every horizon…
Yes, even now
In the very distance,
Songs without words are sung.
The time draws near…
And Death himself
Comes for us;
From every horizon…
