I'm sorry that I hurt you,
and I'm sorry that I lied.
I'm sorry that I made you sad,
and I'm sorry that you cried.

I'm sorry we can't love each other,
the way we wish we could.
I'm sorry we can't be together,
like we thought we would.

I'm sorry for not being completely honest from the start,
I'm mostly sorry that I completely broke your heart.

I'm so sorry for everything,
I really truly am.
I just hope you don't think,
that I never gave a damn.

I love you with all my heart,
more then you'll ever know.
I am so deeply sorry,
that my love for you I can never show.

I want you to know I'll love you always,
even though we can't be together.
You will always be in my heart,
you'll be in my heart forever.

I love you and I'm sorry,
that things have to be this way.
I only hope you will find itin your heart,
to forgive me someday.
