Watching the hourglass collide with the ground, I wonder how it could break that silently, Pushed down violently by the changed balance Between future and past Between friends and true intentions I've never been sentient Tears and the heart And the shards on that new-formed coast Make the trip even harder Traces in the sand, leading to an almost obscene Ideal of sanity I could add another color to the scenery By just walking through it, no second thoughts to be wasted Towards memories unseen... Preposterous.
Reason for writing:
a lingering fear to lose a battle I don't want to fight
Birth sign: Capricorn
